Beginning the pathway
No coaching experience is required for WCC 1, and you do not need to want a professional coaching career. WCC 2 requires WCC 1. WCT requires both programmes.

Scope and practice
Wisdom Coaching is not therapy or counselling. It does not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions. WCI teaches scope, boundaries and referral when another form of support is more appropriate.
