Become the communicator people trust, follow, and promote.
Most people are not held back by what they know. They are held back by how they show up in the conversations that matter most.
WCC is a 9-week program that changes that — with the coaching competencies and self-mastery skills to lead with confidence, handle pressure without losing yourself, and create real change in every high-stakes conversation at work, in business, and at home.

Why This Matters Now
The problem most people describe isn’t the real problem.
SURFACE FRUSTRATION
“I know what I want to say. But it’s not working.”
You prepare. You think it through. You choose your words. But something happens between your intention and their response — your manager takes it the wrong way, your team hears criticism instead of direction, your client goes quiet, or the person you care about most shuts down. You put it down to them. Difficult people. Wrong timing. Bad day.
At work: the message gets filtered. In business: the deal stalls. At home: the conversation becomes an argument — or worse, silence.

THE REAL PROBLEM
“It’s not what you say. It’s how you show up when it matters most.“
The gap isn’t knowledge or effort. It’s self-mastery. Under pressure — in a performance review, a tense negotiation, a difficult moment with someone you love — your perspective narrows, your emotional response takes over, and your words stop working the way they do when you’re calm. You react instead of respond. You know it afterwards. But in the moment, the skill isn’t there.
The same pattern shows up everywhere: the meeting that goes sideways, the client who doesn’t renew, the family member who stops coming to you with the hard things.

6 MONTHS FROM NOW
The small frictions compound.
What feels like a bad week becomes a pattern. The promotion goes to someone whose work is no different from yours — but they’re easier to back. The client renews with the competitor who ‘just gets them.’ Your team stops bringing you the real problems. And at home, the person you most want to reach has quietly learned it’s easier not to try.
None of it looks like a crisis. But the compound effect is already running — in every direction at once.

2 YEARS FROM NOW
The gap you didn’t close becomes the ceiling you can’t break through.
You are working as hard as ever. The results are not matching the effort. The people moving forward around you — in their careers, their businesses, their relationships — do not know more than you do. What they have is something you can name but have not yet built: they read rooms. They stay steady under pressure. They make the person in front of them feel genuinely understood — and then they move things forward. That is not charisma. That is a skill. And it is entirely learnable.
The question is not whether this gap is costing you. It is — at work, in business, and at home. The question is whether you close it now, or keep paying the compound interest.

WCC is the program that closes it — across every conversation that matters.
What You Get
WCC has two integrated modules. Here is everything you build across the 9 weeks.
Component 1: The Wisdom Foundation
The inner shift that makes every skill work
Most communication training teaches you what to say. WCC starts earlier — with how you think, feel, and respond under pressure — because that is what determines every outcome in every conversation.

(1) Perspective — How you think.
The ability to read situations clearly, without getting trapped in fixed stories, reactive assumptions, or interpretations that limit your options and damage your relationships. When your perspective is clear, you stop being a prisoner of the story in your head.

(2) Self-Management — How you handle your feelings.
The ability to stay steady under pressure. Manage your emotional responses so difficult conversations don’t derail you and complex situations don’t cloud your judgment. The leaders and coaches who people trust most are the ones who stay grounded when others don’t.

(3) Behavior — How you speak and act.
The ability to communicate in ways that create real influence, build trust, and earn cooperation — so the people around you move with you, not past you. This is the visible result of the two skills above.
You will also develop the Creator Mindset — including the 10 Creator Habits, the 7 Modes of Operation, and The Art of Influence.
Component 2: The 7 Coaching Competencies
The practical skills that transform every conversation
(1) Foundations of Coaching Communication: Ethics
How to show up with integrity and credibility in every interaction. With clients, team members, stakeholders, and the people you care about. This builds the quiet authority that makes people trust you before you have said much at all.

(2) Establishing Trust and Building Relationships
How to create an environment where people actually open up — where they tell you what is really happening instead of what they think you want to hear.

(3) Cultivating Awareness
How to help others — and yourself — see a situation more clearly. Four types of awareness and nine specific techniques for facilitating genuine insight in any conversation.

(4) Coaching Presence
How to be fully in the room. Not distracted, not managing your own agenda — genuinely present. You become someone who makes others feel heard. That is rarer than most people realise.

(5) Mastering Active Listening
How to hear what is being said under the surface — the meanings, the emotions, and the things people haven’t yet found words for.

(6) Employing Powerful Questions
How to ask questions that genuinely shift someone’s thinking. Questions that create breakthroughs — in coaching sessions, performance conversations, client meetings, and at home.

(7) Direct Communication Skills
How to speak with clarity and warmth at the same time. Precise, direct, and effective — without being harsh or vague.

Component 3: The 8-Week Practice Accelerator
Where skills become part of who you are
Most programs end after the workshop. WCC doesn’t. Every week, you join a structured group practice session facilitated by an appointed coach. You journal daily. You meet weekly with your assigned 1-on-1 practice partner. Approximately 16 hours of hands-on practice across Weeks 2–9.
“The 8-week follow-up is very valuable — it gives students a platform and helps them keep practising. It feels like the organisation is not just out to teach a course, but really tries to help students succeed.”
— Cohort 1 Participant, Singapore
Component 4: The WCI Practitioner Community
You go through WCC with a cohort of professionals and entrepreneurs who take their growth seriously. This community becomes a practice group, an accountability circle, and — for many graduates — a lasting professional network.
What You Walk Away With

- The three self-mastery skills as a lived practice, not a framework on a slide
- 7 coaching competencies you can use immediately in every conversation
- The Creator Mindset and its tools
- A cohort of serious practitioners growing alongside you
- Eligibility to enter the WCT Wisdom Coach Training Certification Program
The Experience
What actually happens when you join WCC.
Days 1–4: The In-Person Intensive (9am–6pm each day)
The four-day intensive is immersive and practical. Every module is taught with live exercises, and class time is built around coaching practice — not lectures. By Day 2, you are conducting real coaching conversations. By Day 4, you have worked through all seven competencies and received personal feedback.
This is not a seminar. You don’t come to be inspired and go home. You come to work. You leave different.
Weeks 2–9: The Accelerator
Each week, you join a structured group practice session. You practise coaching, receive feedback, and reflect on what is changing — in how you communicate, in how you listen, in how you show up. Daily journaling runs throughout — not as homework, but as the self-awareness practice that makes everything else work faster.
What to Expect Going In
You will be coached as well as coaching. Both are necessary. The inner work and the practical skill-building happen at the same time — that is what makes WCC different from a communication skills course. Expect to be stretched. Expect to see yourself more clearly. Expect to leave Week 9 as someone your colleagues, clients, and family notice has changed.
Is WCC Right For You?
WCC is NOT for you if:
- You want a credential to display rather than a skill to use.
- You cannot commit to the full 4 days in-person and the 8-week practice schedule. Full attendance is mandatory.
- You are looking for a quick workshop fix. WCC is nine weeks of deliberate work.
- You expect to sit and absorb. This program is built around doing, not passive learning.

WCC IS for you if:
- You are a professional, manager, entrepreneur, or business owner who is good at what you do — but your next level depends on how you communicate, not just how hard you work.
- You have been through communication or leadership workshops before and left with notes you never used. You are ready for something that changes how you actually show up.
- You want coaching competencies — whether to lead your team more effectively, serve clients better, become a better parent, or eventually build a professional coaching practice.
- You are ready to do the inner work that makes the outer results possible.
- You want to be in a cohort of people who are serious about growth, not a room full of people ticking a box.

Investment
WCC is S$3800
Most ICF-aligned coaching certification programs cost between S$5,000 and S$15,000 — and they focus almost entirely on coaching other people. WCC gives you coaching-grade communication skills for every conversation in your work, your business, and your personal life, plus the foundation for professional certification.
You already know that promotions, client trust, team performance, and key relationships are won or lost in conversations — not in your technical skills or your credentials. One promotion earned. One deal that closes instead of stalls. The skill you build in WCC pays for itself in the first high-stakes conversation you handle differently.
WCI does not offer refunds — because WCC is not a product you consume. It is a practice you build. The return depends on what you bring to the nine weeks.
“Every segment is engaging. The content across all modules is very valuable — the practice segment turns learning into real skills you can use immediately.”
— Cohort 1 Participant, Singapore

Built by Coaches Who’ve Done the Work
Wisdom Coaching International was founded by three professionals who spent years applying these principles — in training programs, in seminars, in events, in coaching, and at home with children.
Kelly Tan — Co-founder, WCI. Senior wisdom teacher for 13 years. Professor at an international institute for applied mind science since 2022. Her clients call her 陈⼀针 — “one needle, one hit” — because she sees what others miss and doesn’t waste your time.
Jacqueline Ong — Co-founder, WCI. 23 years of corporate leadership in manufacturing and supply chain management across Asia Pacific. Completed all levels of advanced wisdom training. After seeing how the methodology transformed her clients’ results in ways conventional coaching couldn’t, she co-founded WCI to bring it to more people.
Jeannie Zhuang — Co-founder, WCI. Honours degree from the National University of Singapore. Professor at an international institute for applied mind science since 2022. Senior wisdom teacher, teaching internationally since 2018. She doesn’t teach theory she hasn’t lived.
About Wisdom Coaching International

Wisdom Coaching International (WCI) trains trains you to use wisdom coaching—practical coaching competencies grounded in three core self-mastery skills: perspective, self-management, and behavior—to create influence, build trust faster, and create more options for your careers or side practice. Unlike credential-first programs, WCI is competence-first, practical, and built for real-world application.
Questions People Ask Before Joining
Q. “I’m not sure I want to become a coach. Is WCC still for me?”
Yes — and most WCC participants come in with exactly this question. WCC is not a coaching school in the traditional sense. It is a communication and self-mastery program built on coaching competencies. The skills you develop — how to read a situation clearly, manage your emotional response under pressure, ask questions that shift someone’s thinking, listen at the level of what is actually being said — are useful in every conversation you will ever have, whether or not you ever sit across from a paying client.
Some graduates go on to WCT and build a professional coaching practice. Many use what they learn entirely within their existing careers, businesses, and family life. Both are fully valid outcomes of the program.
Q: “How is this different from an ICF certification program?”
ICF programs are credential-first. The credential is the goal, and the curriculum is built to pass the assessment. WCI is competence-first. The goal is to change how you actually show up in real conversations — and the certification follows from genuine skill.
The other meaningful difference: most ICF programs teach you to coach other people. WCC teaches you to apply coaching-grade communication in every interaction — your leadership conversations, your client relationships, your personal life. The self-mastery foundation — perspective, self-management, behavior — is not in the ICF curriculum. It is what makes WCI’s methodology distinctly different.
ICF certification tracks also typically cost between S$5,000 and S$15,000+. WCC is S$3,800, with the WCT certification pathway available for graduates who choose it.
Q: “I’m genuinely busy. Can I actually commit to 9 weeks?”
Honestly — if you cannot protect four consecutive days in-person and one structured session per week for eight weeks afterward, WCC is not the right moment for you. Full attendance is mandatory. This is a practice-based program, and practice requires showing up.
That said, most people who say they are too busy are too busy because of the exact problem WCC solves. The drain of difficult conversations, the time lost to miscommunication, the energy spent managing friction that better communication would have prevented — these are real costs. Investing 9 weeks to change the pattern is not time away from your life. It is giving it back.
The in-person intensive is 4 days. Weekly practice sessions are approximately 2 hours each. Daily journaling takes 10–15 minutes. If those numbers are workable, the commitment is real but manageable.
Q: “I’ve done workshops before and nothing stuck. Why will this be different?”
Because the reason things don’t stick is not the content — it’s the absence of practice after the content. Most programs give you a framework and send you home. The insight fades in about a week. The notes gather dust.
WCC’s 8-week accelerator exists precisely for this reason. You don’t leave with notes. You leave with reps — eight weeks of structured, facilitated coaching practice that turn what you learn in the intensive into something genuinely in your body by Week 9.
“All contents from the modules are very valuable, and the practice segment makes it not just a learning class — it turns the learning into real practice you can immediately use to help others.”
— Cohort 1 Participant, Singapore
Q: “What happens if I miss a session during the 9 weeks?”
Full attendance at the 4-day in-person intensive is mandatory — there are no make-up sessions, and attendance is a prerequisite for progression to WCT. For the 8-week accelerator, the facilitation team is human about real-life interruptions. But the more sessions you miss, the fewer reps you get — and the reps are the program. If you are likely to miss sessions regularly, this is not the right cohort for you.
Q: “Who else will be in the room with me?”
Participants have included operations managers, real estate trainers, program managers, entrepreneurs, and professionals in career transition. What they share is not an industry — it is seriousness about growth and a willingness to do the inner work alongside the practical skill-building.
You will practise coaching with your cohort, which means you will hear real things and be trusted with them. The environment is built for that level of openness. Most graduates describe the cohort relationships as one of the unexpected and lasting benefits of the program.
Q: “There’s no refund policy. That concerns me.”
That is a fair thing to name. WCC is not a product you consume and evaluate afterward — it is a practice you build through nine weeks of deliberate effort. A refund policy would create a fundamentally different relationship with the program: one where the door is always open to leave, which is the opposite of the commitment that makes the practice work.
What we can tell you is this: every Cohort 1 participant rated every module 5 out of 5. The facilitation team is small enough that your experience is personal, not transactional. If you are genuinely uncertain, attend the free Masterclass first. Experience the methodology. Make the decision from that position rather than from this page alone.
Q: “What is the difference between WCC and WCT?”
WCC is the foundation. WCT is the certification.
WCC develops coaching-grade communication skills for your work, business, and personal life — and introduces you to WCI’s methodology and frameworks. WCT is exclusively for WCC graduates who have met the program requirements. It trains you to deliver wisdom coaching professionally using the D.I.R.E.C.T.+™ model and ends with certification as a WCI Wisdom Coach.
You do not need to decide about WCT before joining WCC. Many graduates clarify that decision during the 9 weeks. The two programs are designed to be sequential, not parallel — WCC first, always.
Q: “How do I know if I’m ready for WCC right now?”
Three signals that the timing is right:
- The conversations you are having — at work, in your business, or at home — are determining real outcomes right now, and you know your current approach is leaving something on the table.
- You have enough stability to protect the time. Not zero pressure — just enough that you can show up for 9 weeks without WCC being the first thing dropped when things get hard.
- You are curious about the inner dimension of this, not just the techniques. WCC asks you to look at how you think and feel under pressure — not just what you say. If that feels useful rather than threatening, you are ready.
Become the communicator people trust, follow, and promote.
The next WCC cohort opens in June 2026. Seats are limited to the cohort size that keeps the practitioner-to-participant ratio at the level that makes this training work.
