- Wisdom Journal: 84 entries
- Goal Buddy sessions: 12
- Coaching Practice: 10 hours
Completion standard (competent):
- 100% attendance: 4-day in-person
- 75% attendance: 12-week online/practice
- 75% completion of practice work (incl. 63 journal entries + 9 buddy sessions)

FAQs
Q1. I’m not sure if I’m “senior enough” or “successful enough” to attend.
A: If you’ve been working for a few years and feel your effort isn’t matching the level of security, recognition, or income you want, you’re exactly who this is for. This is not about your title; it’s about your leverage.
Q2. I’m a solopreneur / freelancer. Isn’t this more for corporate people?
A: No. We explicitly cover independent leverage – authority, client conversion, and repeat business. The same idea of Career Capital applies, but your “market” is your clients instead of an employer.
Q3. Will this push me to quit my job or become a coach?
A: No. The focus is on diagnosing your current leverage and planning 90 days of capital accumulation. Some participants later choose to pivot careers or join our deeper programs, but that is not the goal of this session.
Q4. Do I need to be “good at self-reflection”?
A: You simply need to be honest. The exercises are guided and structured. You don’t have to share anything you don’t want to; this is for your clarity first.
